Rectangular reusable heat pack with hot/cold effect, complete with a cover to protect the skin. The cover has an elasticated band and Velcro fastening. Supplied in an individual bag.

For a cooling effect: place in the freezer or fridge. For a warming effect: heat in the microwave for a few seconds.

You can choose the colour of the gel or the case.
